Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from The Flow Project Apparel LLC at theflowproject.shop.

An issue with your order

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email support@theflowproject.shop as soon as possible with your order number, a description and clear photos. For confirmed damaged, misprinted or incorrect items, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. An incorrect size sent by us is covered by this process.

Change of mind and choosing a size

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size you selected incorrectly, except where required by applicable law. Please check the size guide before ordering. This does not exclude damaged, misprinted or incorrect items.

Before sending anything back

Contact us before returning an item. We’ll confirm the next steps and provide return instructions when a return is needed. Please do not send products to the address on the package without our approval.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We’ll check whether the request can be completed; changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once production begins.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
