These terms apply to shopping at theflowproject.shop, operated by The Flow Project Apparel LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”). The Flow Project is our apparel brand. We sell made-to-order apparel to eligible United States addresses. Shopify hosts our store and checkout. Tapstitch is our production and fulfillment partner and makes and ships orders on our behalf. Your purchase is from The Flow Project Apparel LLC; contact us for order support.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping and returns policies linked below. You must be legally able to make the purchase, or have a parent or guardian place the order. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Check your item, color, size and address before paying. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you and promptly refund any payment for the canceled items and associated shipping charges.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout displays the items, shipping charges and any applicable taxes before you pay. The total you approve at checkout is the amount charged. Prices may change for future orders; we will not increase the price of a submitted order without your agreement. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer a cancellation and refund rather than charge a different amount without your consent.
Review the product description and size guide before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Minor production variations can occur, but this does not limit your rights if an item is defective, misprinted, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Each garment is made to order. Shipping services, charges and available estimates are shown at checkout. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery and address changes. If we cannot ship within the applicable shipment period, we will notify you, provide updated information and offer the choice required by law to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Using a fulfillment partner does not change our responsibility to you.
Email support@theflowproject.shop as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation; we will check whether it can be completed before production progresses. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the process for damaged, misprinted or incorrect items and the limits on change-of-mind or incorrectly selected-size returns. Contact us before sending an item back. These terms and that policy do not limit any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or misuse other customers’ information. Our branding and original artwork may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law. This does not restrict lawful reviews, links or other permitted uses.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit the store or place an order. Order information needed for payment, production and delivery is shared with the service providers involved, including Shopify and Tapstitch, as described in that policy.
New Jersey law governs these terms, subject to any consumer protections and other rights that must apply where you live. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If an individual provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply to the extent allowed by law. Contact support@theflowproject.shop if there is a problem so we can work to resolve it.
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, except where a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. We will show the revision date when an updated version is published.
